6. Prohibited Conduct

9. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Closure by de111

Where the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is confirmed, de111 will return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method after completing applicable KYC checks.
9.2 Closure by the Player

Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon voluntary closure.
9.3 Self-Exclusion
